White House Landscaping LLC was established in May 2022 by Lawson White in Forest, Virginia. After working in the property maintenance and turf care industries for several years, Lawson observed a widespread issue: many lawn services were rushed, unresponsive, and lacked structural attention to detail.
He founded White House Landscaping on three core promises: complete reliability (showing up exactly when scheduled), thorough communication (directly speaking with the owner), and outstanding workmanship. From the angle of our mower stripes to the clean, crisp edges of our mulch beds, we treat your property like our own.

White House Landscaping LLC is fully registered and active with the Virginia State Corporation Commission. We operate with absolute legality and transparency, adhering to all state guidelines.
W-2 Employed Crew
We protect our crew and your risk exposure by employing our staff as legal W-2 workers covered under active Virginia Workers' Compensation insurance. No casual day-laborers.

We love to work with realtors, property managers, and other landscape companies. For all job work, our minimum is $200 for existing clients and $300 for new clients.

We pay our partners:
- 10% of the gross profit of the job
- OR 10% of the gross profit for any recurring mowing client up to one year
Careers at White House Landscaping
We are actively hiring women, sales professionals for door-to-door sales, and dedicated mowing crew members. We provide W-2 employment and future benefits once available.
Crew Members
- • Starting pay: $16/hour (Raises to $18/hr once comfortable, $20+/hr for exceptional workers)
- • 1-month probationary period
- • After 1 month, we provide: Shirts, boots, safety glasses, razor knife, face covering, AirPods/Bose headphones, and new equipment upon request (except headphones).
Sales Professionals
- • Door-to-door sales roles available.
- • Paid hourly as long as sales minimums are met.
- • OR percentage-based pay off the number of sales / amount sold.
